As well as supporting Fixi Crescent Suzuki riders Leon Camier and Jules Cluzel, Suzuki will be showcasing a very special concept alongside its extensive 2013 model line-up, as well as two new bikes for the year.

Taking the centre stage over the weekend will be the V-Strom 1000 Concept. Inspired by the legendary DR Big Dakar racer, the V-Strom Concept will be available from 2014 and will be the brands most advanced adventure style machine ever. It features traction control and integrated luggage as standard, and is powered by a 1000cc liquid cooled V-Twin engine.

The new bikes for 2013 include the special edition GSX-R1000Z that celebrates the one millionth GSX-R to be produced since 1985, as well as the Intruder C1500T cruiser with integrated luggage.

Current models on display will be the adventurers favourite V-Strom 650 ABS, the touring GSX1250FA, and the award-winning GSR750, as well as the middleweight SFV650 and the city-smart Inazuma 250.

On Saturday at 5.30pm racers Leon Camier and Jules Cluzel will join Suzuki on the stand to meet fans and sign autographs. While on Sunday, three-time British Superbike Champion and brand Ambassador John Reynolds will be on hand between 10am to 4pm talking to stand visitors.

There will also be information on current offers including £500 cash back on selected new models, and low-rate finance deals that are available. As well as details of Suzuki’s national Test Ride Event , which runs until the end of August.

Suzuki’s marketing manager George Cheeseman commented ahead of the event: “We are really looking forward to taking our event unit to Donington for the World Superbikes. Not only will we be showing our support to Leon and Jules, but also showcasing our excellent 2013 model line-up alongside the V-Strom 1000 Concept. Details of our current great offers will also be available, so pop along and say hello.”

Suzuki will be located by the funzone in the in-field opposite the grandstand.
