PRINTING FIRM REVVING UP TO SUPPORT SHROPSHIRE VINTAGE AND CLASSIC MOTORCYCLE SHOW

Shropshire Classic and Vintage Motorcycle Show Wistanstow C.E. Primary School will once again benefit from the annual Shropshire Vintage and Classic Motorcycle Show which takes place on Sunday 24th March. The event helps to raise much needed funding for the school which since its inception in 1990, has helped to raise over £60,000 in total! This year, local Shropshire printers, Graphics and Print, are further helping to support the school, by providing design and print items free of charge, to help the school to further bolster their profits!

Here’s Managing Director, Martin Kells, to explain more: “We’ve always had a very strong commitment to the communities in which we operate so it is nice to be able to help Wistanstow School with this project. One of our graphic designers, Steve Key, is a governor at the school and he came to me to ask about supporting the event with things like flyer printing, brochure printing and A4 poster printing and we are only too pleased to help.

Graphics and Print started in Telford in 1980 as a small family-run business and we therefore know how important it is to have local support in order to succeed. Supporting the community is so important to us that we are one of the few print companies to make a commitment that every one of our employees will spend a minimum of two days per year, during work time, supporting the people of Shropshire. We really are dedicated towards establishing relationships with organisations in the local area, to help strengthen the community infrastructure and this is one of many examples you will see on our website www.graphicsandprint.com.”

The Shropshire printers demonstrate their Community Commitment in many ways, from staff participation in local or community-based charitable events, to sponsorship, donations, providing work experience to local schools and colleges, special discount offers for charities as well as launching their own Fantasy Football League to raise money for a variety of charities.  They recently spent two days at Ironbridge Gorge Museum Trust doing voluntary work when it was needed most.

Graphics and Print provide an end-to-end print manufacturing service. The design, manufacturing, packaging and distribution all take place under one roof, ensuring that quality checks can be made from start to finish. From design, through to print, they offer award winning design and print at a very competitive price.
