Bennetts offers ‘access all areas’ live chat with MotoGP star Cal Crutchlow.

MotoGP rider Cal Crutchlow will be taking part in a live webchat hosted by Bennetts, the UK’s No. 1 Bike Insurance Specialist, via the facebook page www.facebook.com/bennettsbike on Tuesday 19th June at 7.00pm. Crutchlow, fresh from the weekend’s British MotoGP round at Silverstone, will be answering questions posted by fans.

It’s the ideal opportunity to find out the full story behind Cal’s second consecutive home GP crash and the impact that the injuries had on his amazing race day performance. Questions from fans, so far, have shown interest in Crutchlow’s future plans and the truth behind the MotoGP factory ride for 2013 rumours. Find out exactly what makes the Monster Tech 3 Yamaha rider tick by watching the exclusive Q&A live between 7pm and 7.30pm on facebook.com/bennettsbike.

Questions can be pre-submitted in the run up to the web chat via the Facebook page or via Twitter (@Bennetts_Bike) and then during the live webchat itself.  What’s more, Cal will pick out his favourite and the person who submitted it will win their very own Cal Crutchlow replica Arai RX-7 GP helmet, signed by the man himself.

The webchat will be available to view via iPad and iPhone and on most other smartphone devices.

Hannah Squirrell, Bennetts Associate Director said: “This is a unique opportunity to chat to the best British talent in the motorcycling world right now. This is the first time Cal has taken part in a live webchat and, given that it’s just two days after his dramatic home race, it’s not to be missed so make sure you get your questions in.”

Ahead of this exciting occasion, Cal said: “It was a tough weekend and I’ve had to fly straight home to the Isle of Man for treatment on my ankle, as getting back to the Assen grid on form is my main priority, but I’m delighted that I’m still going to be able to do the webchat. I’m intrigued to see what questions I’m going to be asked but excited to have the opportunity to answer fans direct. I’ll do my best to answer as many as possible – even the difficult ones!”
